Comments
1. Floor plan looks acceptable. Limited information
furnished for Inspection Department comments.

1. Provide stamped concrete entrance feature at the
driveway in accordance with the Streetscape Plan.
1. Indicate fire hydrant and fire department connection
location.
2. Fire Room shall be a minimum of 49 sq ft with
minimum dimension of 7 ft to provide access to the fire
sprinkler riser and fire alarm panel.
3. Address will be 123 E. Sandy Lake.
1. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of
construction/dirt work.
2. Tree Survey: #96 is listed twice, #103 is not a
protected tree.
3. Tree numbers 92,93,94,101,105, & 108 are all
shown to be saved. Due to the fact that all of these
trees are Post Oaks, they will not survive the
construction and should be mitigated.
SITE PLAN
1. Indicate width of existing sidewalk.
2. Show zoning north of project as "TC" and "PD-116
SF-T'.
3. Indicate size of tree in north-east corner of building
site.
4. Show width of access drive from Sandy Lake Road.
5. Monument sign needs to be 75 feet from property
line.
LANDSCAPE PLAN
1. Show front, side, and rear yard landscape setback
dimensions.
2. Indicate trees being removed on Tree Survey
Summary.
ELEVATIONS
1. Show total height of buildings.
2. Provide color board showing colors, building
materials, etc.
3. Although not required, a perspective drawing of
finished building would be helpful.
