Bob: Peter doe not need to submit the $11,000 until you are ready to procure a building permit. Once the bp has been
released we retain the $11,000 for three years. At end of that time (or if trees die in the interim) we collect $100 for each
caliper inch that dies. The escrow account is set up with our Finance Department with a check made out to the city of
Coppell.

I rec'd the letter regarding plan submittal.
The first item should already be on the previous site plan.
The second item is regarding the $11,000 escrow. When does Peter need to submit that, and to whom?
