RE: Bethel Business Park. Lot 1. Block A. Site Plan
Dear Mr. Pritchard:
This letter is to inform you that the Bethel Business Park. Lot 1. Block A. Site Plan, to
allow the development of two office warehouse buildings, Building A containing
80,000-square-feet and Building B containing 82,650-square-feet on 10.675 acres of
property located along the north side of Bethel Road, east of the proposed
extension of Creekview Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council (5-0) on
Tuesday, July 10, 2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) Revise site plan and landscape plan to include a sidewalk along the
front side of the buildings one (1) to two (2) feet off the back of curb.
2) A Tree Removal Permit is required prior to start of construction/dirt work.
3) Show stamped concrete on driveway entrances along Creekview
Road.
Please submit to the Planning Department by Wednesday, July 18, 2007, two (2)
24"x36" copies of the revised plans incorporating the above-stated conditions.
Also, please submit one (1) 8 1f2 x 11-paper reduction along with one jpg., tiff., pdf.,
or similar electronic file.
