RE: Bethel Business Park, Lot 1, Block A - Site Plan & Minor Plat
Dear Mr. Steer:
In response to the your review comments dated June 22, 2007, concerning the above referenced
project, we offer the following changes and explanations for both the Site Plan and Minor Plat.
For ease of reference, the following are organized in the same order as your response letters.
Minor Plat
1. We have coordinated with Jeff Curry in regards to additional electrical easements.
Site Plan
1. We will continue to work with staff on internal sidewalks adjacent to each building. At
this time, no changes have been made.
2. We understand that a Tree Removal Permit must be submitted prior to any construction
or dirt work.
3. The location of the FDC has been shown for Building "B" on both the site plan and
utility plan per your request.
4. The proposed screening wall on the west side of Building "A" truck court has been
moved further east towards the ramp to allow more room for Eastern Red Cedars to be
planted per your comment.
5. The floor area ratio in the Site Data Table has been revise to read "0.35 to 1" per your
request.
6. The existing water line along Bethel Road has been labeled a 16" rather than a 12" per
your comment.

7. We have coordinated the two proposed turn lanes within Bethel Road with TransSystems
Corporation.
8. Stamped concrete has been shown at the two driveway entrances tied to Bethel Road per
your request.
I have included with this letter three revised copies of the site plan and minor plat for your
records. Mr. Steer, I appreciate your time and considerations on this project, and if you have any
