1, Drainage and utility easements should be 20 feet.
2. Drainage will be evaluated further during the
Engineering review process.
3. Proposed streets should have a six inch crown
instead of five inch as shown.
1, Relocate fire hydrants to street intersections, not the
ends of Courts...Juniper, Blue Sage, and Tealwood.
2. Olivewood and Blue Sage are phonetically too
close to existing street names, provide new names for
these streets.
1. Park Development Fees $1285,00 per unit.
2. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of
construction/dirt work.
1. Need formal, written street easement agreement
from GTE.
2. Provide access drive to Wynn page retail tract.
