NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday.
the 21 ST day of June. 2007, at 6:30 p.m.. in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-222R-lI. Duke Lesley Addition. zoning change request from PD-222-L1
(Planned Development-222-Light Industrial) to PD-222R-L1 (Planned Development-222 Revised-Light
Industrial) to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the construction of a 1,079,475 square-foot
office/warehouse building on 48.83 acres of property located west of Belt Line Road and east of
Dividend Drive. at the request of Alex Bennett, Duke Realty. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department. 255 Parkway Boulevard.

Commission's recommendation relative to Case No PD-222R-L1. Duke Lesley Addition. zoning change
request from PD-222-L1 (Planned Development-222-Light Industrial) to PD-222R-L1 (Planned
Development-222 Revised-Light Industrial) to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the construction of a
