Duke Lesley Addition. zoning change request from PD-222-L1 (Planned Development-222-Light Industrial) to PD-222R-L1 (Planned Development-222 Revised-Light Industrial) to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the construction of a 1,079,475 square-foot office/warehouse building on 48.83 acres of property located west of Belt Line Road and east of Dividend Drive. at the request of Alex Bennett, Duke Realty.
