Site Plan:
1. Reduce width of drive on southwest corner of
property, 40' maximum is permitted.
2. Show dimensions (setbacks, drive widths, sidewalks,
parking spaces, building dimensions, fire lanes, etc.)
3. Shade proposed fire lanes and include turning radii.
4. Remove utility lines, retain fire hydrants.
5. Oepict all existing and proposed easements.
6. Show proposed dumpster and mechanical
equipment location and screening. Include details on
elevations.
7. Is any monument signage proposed? If so, show
location on site plan and details on elevations.
8. Change #4 within Site Oate Table to read "Parking
Required per PO-222-L1".
9. Review #7 Site Coverage calculations within the
Site Oata Table.
10. Indicate existing and proposed zoning within #8 of
Site Oata table and within drawing.
11. Include "Ouke Lesley Addition" within all title
blocks.
Landscape Plan:
1. Oelete "5" from the end of the area exclusive of
building figure within the nonvehicular landscape
calculations.
2. Ensure all landscape islands are 150 square foot or
greater.
3. Review previously approved Oetail Landscape Plan
south of this request and match berming along
Oividend.
Elevations:
1. Ensure there is adequate building articulation every
one hundred feet. Show distance between
articulations on primary facade. Examine additional
methods to break-up the expanse.
2. Oefine "PNT-1, 2 & 3" on black and white
elevations.
3. Submit a color board with materials and a color
elevation at ORC. A color rendering would be helpful.
4. Indicate sign areas with dashed boxes above the
entries.
5. Show dumpster enclosure and monument sign
details.
