On Tuesday, July 10, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved
a change in zoning from PD-222-L1 (Planned Development-222-Light
Industrial) to PD-222R-L1 (Planned Development-222 Revised-Light Industrial)
to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the construction of a 1,079,475 square-
foot office/warehouse building located west of Belt Line Road and east of
Dividend Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-477, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on August 14, 2007.
