On TU:S::J :pril 10, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved 0
change in zoning from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-222-L1 (Planned Development-
222-Light Industrial) to approve a Detail Site Plan allowing a 755,394-square-foot
office warehouse building on 36.2 acres of property located at the northwest
corner of Beltline Road and the proposed extension of Dividend Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-462, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on June 12, 2007.
