Dear Mr. Taylor:
On Tuesday, August 14, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously
approved a change in zoning from LI (Light Industrial) to PD-229-L1 (Planned
Development-229-Light Industrial), to allow the retention and expansion of
the existing office/warehouse and office buildings and to allow the
construction of four office/warehouse buildings, located at the southwest
corner of Freeport Parkway and Bethel Road.
Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-481, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on September 11, 2007.
