NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 21ST day of June, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-108R7-SF-9. The Chateaus of CODDell, to amend the land use
designation on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Public/Institutional to Residential Low Density
on approximately 11 acres of property along Denton Tap Road and a zoning change request from
PD-1 08-L1(Planned Development-1 08-Light Industrial) to PD-108R7-SF-9 (planned Development-1 08R7-
Single Family-9), with a Concept Plan, to allow the development of 56 single-family homes and
common/ open space areas on 20 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Bethel and
Denton Tap Roads, at the request of Toll Brothers, being represented by Matt Alexander, Dowdey,
Anderson & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest
are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department. 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 10th day of July,
2007, at 7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-108R7-SF-9. The Chateaus of CODDell, to
amend the land use designation on the Comprehensive Land Use Plan from Public/Institutional to
Residential Low Density on approximately 11 acres of property along Denton Tap Road and a zoning
change request from PD-108-L1 (Planned Development-108-Light Industrial) to PD-108R7-SF-9
(planned Development-1 08R7 -Single Family-9), with a Concept Plan, to allow the development of 56
single-family homes and common/ open space areas on 20 acres of property located at the
southwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, at the request of Toll Brothers, being represented

PUBLIC NOTICE STATEMENT FOR ADA COMPLIANCE
The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e. sign
interpretative services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or
access to the City of Coppell sponsored public programs, services and/or meetings, the City requests
that individuals make requests for these services forty-eight (48) hours ahead of the scheduled
