Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the June 7, 2007
Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
June 7, 2007 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this
meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, June 12,2007 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG. TIF.
PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two sets of
revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required. Reductions
and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

1. Fire lines need a double detector check within a 20'
x 20' easement.
2. What is the condition of the existing 6" sewer line?
Should it be upgraded to an 8" line?
3. Verify the notes relative to floodplain on this site.
1. Buildings cannot be built across fire lanes or
encroach on fire lanes...Lots 8R, 9R and 14R.

1. Revise the building setback lines to be in
accordance with the PO established setback lines, and
to reflect the proposed building pads. They are still
intruding into the proposed fire lane easement.
2. Include all the owner's names in the Owner's
Certificate as was including in the Owner's
Dedication.
