Dear Mr. Hinckley:
This letter is to inform you that the Kimbel Addition, Lots SR. 9R. lOR. l2R ond l4R. Replot,
being a replat of Lots 7-14 of the Kimbel Addition, to establish fire lanes and easements to
allow for redevelopment of the 2.9 acres of property located at the northeast corner of
Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City Council ____
(4-1) on Tuesday, July 10, 2007, subject to the following condition: (
1) Drainage will be evaluated further during Engineering plan review.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months af~:: /
approval by the City Council (January 10,2008), or it shall be deemed null and void a, ty
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing,
including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the attached checklist for the requirements for filing.
