This letter is to inform you that the Kimbel Addition. Lots 8R. 9R. lOR. l2R and l4R. Replat.
being a replat of Lots 7-14 of the Kimbel Addition, to establish fire lanes and easements to
allow for redevelopment of the 2.9 acres of property located at the northeast corner of
Sandy Lake Road and MacArthur Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, June 21. 2007. subject to the
following conditions:
1) Drainage will be evaluated further during Engineering plan review.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 10,
2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will
be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application.
