This letter is to inform you that the Arbor Manors Phase II, Preliminary Plat, to
allow the development of two (2) single-family homes, one (1) common
area lot and street right-of-way on approximately 0.87 acres of property
located north of the Whispering Hills Addition and east of the Georgian
Place Addition, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning
and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, August 30, 2007, with no
conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is
Tuesday, September 11,2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must
be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City
Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
