Comments
1. No comments made on platting document
Contact Larry Redick at 972-323-8917 to discuss
electric service requirements.
1. Show the tire lane/access easement.
2. The plat and site plan do not match.
3. "Road B" should be a tire lane/access easement, not
a R.O.W dedication.
1. Water plan does not indicate their system as being
private, not showing DDCV vaults.
2. Show underground automatic tire sprinkler water
lines to within 5' of building.
3. Show FDC (tire department connections) on water
plan. Must be within 50' of a tire hydrant and on the
same side of the tire lane.
4. Show tire lane on Preliminary Plat.

Title Block.
2. Show all existing and proposed easements (bearings
and distances included) and those planned to be
abandoned (including tire lanes).
3. Include information of adjacent properties (land use,
zoning, subdivision name, owner name of unplatted
property and recording information).
4. Show existing structures and site features, noting if
structures are to remain, be relocated, or be removed.
5. Submit a copy of the cross access/parking
agreement and a property owners' association
agreement for maintenance of private utilities.
6. A replat is needed of the entire Service Center
property when the replat & tinal plat for this property is
submitted.

Response 1: We have discussed electric service requirements with Larry Redick.
Comment 2: Water plan does not indicate their system as being private, not showing DDCV vaults.
Response 2: We have made these changes.
