Dear Mr. & Mrs. Andolina:
This letter is to inform you that the Pecan Creek Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Minor Plat, to
subdivide this property into two (2) lots, Lot 1 containing 1 .88 acres and Lot 2
containing 2.49 acres to allow for separate ownerships, on 4.376 acres of property
located on the east side of S. Denton Tap Road, north of the DART R.O.W., was
recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0)
on Thursday, August 30, 2007, with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
September 11, 2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at
this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
