Block 2, of the Gateway Business Park, to establish fire lanes and easements to allow for the development of one office warehouse building on 8.8 acres of property. located on the northeast corner of Gateway Boulevard and Exchange Circle, at the request of Catellus Operating LTD, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (6-0) on Thursday, September 20,2007, subject to the following condition: 1) Clarification of the owner's legal name and correct address. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 9th, 2007, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) 24"x36" copies of the revised plans, reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, September 26th, 2007. Also, please submit one (1) 8W'x 11" paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.
