Block 2. Replot Dear Mr. t: This letter is to inform you that the Gateway Business Park, Lot 3C-R, Block 2. Replot, being a replat of Lot 3C, Block 2, of the Gateway Business Park, to establish fire lanes and easements to allow for the development of one office warehouse building on 8.8 acres of property, located on the northeast corner of Gateway Boulevard and Exchange Circle, was approved by the Coppell City Council (7-0) on Tuesday, October 9,2007, with no conditions. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by the City Council (April 16, 2008), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this replat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
