abandoned by separate instrument.
2. The word "Utility" should be removed from the 24'
fire lane and mutual access easement.
3. Ensure that the Property owners agreement
includes the maintenance of utilities.
4. Do not place vaults in the roadway.

Center and remove lot line between the two. Ensure
title block reflects correct name of plat.
3. Include Service Center Lot lines and revisions
according to what is determined on the Senior Center
Plat. Coordinate with BW2 Engineers for exact
boundaries.
4. Abandon easements located on the Village at Old
Coppell portion of the plat by separate instrument as
these were dedicated by separate instrument.
5. Submit the final property owner's association
maintenance agreement.
