CCORD Action Letter 101107 THE.CITY.OF corrELL October 11, 2007 Ms. Donna Kolberg 203 Winding Hollow Lane Coppel!, TX 75019 RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-' OaRa-H, The Villaae at Old Coppell Dear~ On Tuesday, August 14, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a change in zoning from H (Historic), PD-108-H (Planned Development-108-Historic) and PD-108R5-H (Planned Development-108- Revised-5-Historic) to PD-108R8-H (Planned Development-108-Revised-8- Historic) to attach a concept plan for seven lots and a detail plan for two 21,050-square-foot two-story retail/hotel buildings, a 25, 141-square-foot two- story event/conference center, and a 7,812-square-foot pet bed/breakfast, located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 250 feet south of Bethel Road. Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-483, which was approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on October 9,2007.
