PH Notice & Responses THE.CITY.OF COPPELL s NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 16th day of August, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-l 08R9-SF-9. The Chateaus of CODDell, a zoning change request from PD-l08R7-SF-9 (Planned Development-l08R7-Single Family-9) to PD-108R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-108R9-Single Family-9), to attached a Detail Site Plan, to allow the development of 56 single-family homes and common/open space lots on 20 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, at the request of Toll Brothers, being represented by Matt Alexander, Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 7501 9.
