RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING
You were recently sent a notice of a public hearing for Thursday, the 16th day of August, 2007, at 6:30
p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-108R9-SF-
9, The Chateaus of CODDell, a zoning change request from PD-108R7-SF-9 (Planned Development-
1 08R7-Single Family-9) to PD-l 08R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-1 08R9-Single Family-9), to attached a
Detail Site Plan, to allow the development of 56 single-family homes and common/open space lots
on 20 acres of property located at the southwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, at the
request of Toll Brothers, being represented by Matt Alexander, Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc.
This meetina has been rescheduled for Thursday, Auaust 30th, 2007 at 6:30 D.m. The City Council date
remains the same, September 11, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and
other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request
by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 11 th day of
September, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-108R9-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coppell, a
zoning change request from PD-108R7-SF-9 (Planned Development-108R7-Single Family-9) to PD-
108R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-1 08R9-Single Family-9), to attached a Detail Site Plan, to allow the
development of 56 single-family homes and common/open space lots on 20 acres of property
