RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-108R9-SF-9, The Chateaus of Coppell
Dear Mr. Paul:
On Tuesday, September 11, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously
approved a change in zoning from PD-1 08R7-SF-9 (Planned Development-
108R7-Single Family-9) to PD-l08R9-SF-9 (Planned Development-l08R9-
Single Family-9), to allow the development of 56 single-family homes and
common/open space lots on 20 acres of property located at the
southwest corner of Bethel and Denton Tap Roads.
Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-484, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on November 12, 2007.
