This letter is to inform you that Case No. PO-108R10-H, Grapevine Sprlnas Community
Center. Lots 1 & 2. Block A, zoning change request from PD-l08-H (Planned
Development lO8-Historic) and H (Historic) to PD-1 08-R 1 O-H (Planned Development 108-
Revised 10-Historic) to allow the construction of a 13,560-square-foot Senior
Recreation/Community Center building on 22.4 acres of property located south of
Bethel Road and west of Park Road, at the request of the City of Coppell, was
recommended to be held under advisement by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission (6-0) on Thursday, September 20,2007 until the Thursday, October 18, 2007
meeting.
In conferring with our City Attorney, we have been advised that this case can not be
appealed to the City Council until the Planning and Zoning Commission has taken
definitive action. Therefore, this case will be reconsidered at the Thursday, October 18,
2007 Planning and Zoning meeting. Any amendments, alterations, or changes to your
original application must be submitted to the Planning department no later than October
9,2007 for inclusion on the October 18, docket.
