NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 20th day of September, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-l OaRl O-H. CODDell Senior Center. Lot 1, Block A, zoning change
request from PD-108-H (Planned Development 108-Historic) and H (Historic) to PD-1 08-R 1 O-H (Planned
Development 108-Revised 10-Historic) to allow the construction of a 13,560-square-foot Senior
Recreation/Community Center building on 26.09 acres of property located south of Bethel Road and
west of Park Road, at the request of the City of Coppell, being represented by Brett Atchison,
Proforma Architects. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppel!, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 9th day of October,
2007, at 7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-10aR10-H. CODDell Senior Center. Lot 1. Block
A, zoning change request from PD-108-H (Planned Development 108-Historic) and H (Historic) to PD-
108-R10-H (Planned Development 108-Revised 10-Historic) to allow the construction of a 13,560-
square-foot Senior Recreation/Community Center building on 26.09 acres of property located south
of Bethel Road and west of Park Road, at the request of the City of Coppel\, being represented by

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act of
1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e. sign
interpretative services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or
access to the City of Coppell sponsored public programs, services and/or meetings, the City requests
that individuals make requests for these services forty-eight (48) hours ahead of the scheduled
