PH Notice & Responses THE.CITY.OF COPPELL cS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of April, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-227-SF-12. Bellacere Addition, zoning change request from 2F-9 (Two Family-9 Residential) to PD- 227-SF-I2 (Planned Development-227-Single Family-I2), to allow the construction of four single-family homes on 1.961 acres of property located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 150-feet east of Summer Place Drive, at the request of Micha P. Duffy, Hamilton Duffy, PC. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
