RE: Ordinance for Case No. PD-227 -SF-12, Bellacere Addition
Dear Mr. Whatley:
On Tuesday, May 8, 2007, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved
a change in zoning from 2F-9 (Two Family-9 Residential) to PD-227-SF-12
(Planned Development-227-Single Family-12), allowing the construction of
four single-family homes on 1.961 acres of property located along the north
side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 150-feet east of Summer Place
Drive.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-468, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on July 10,2007.
