PH Notice & Responses THE.CITY.OF COPPELL .~*~Jf eJ( ~ ~q 1\ II . \ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 19th day of July, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-228-HC, Vista Ridae Retail, zoning change request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-228-HC (Planned Development-228-Highway Commercial) to establish a Concept Plan for retail and restaurant uses on 14.8 acres of property, and to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of a grocery store with restaurant, convenience store with fuel sales & drive-through and retail uses on approximately 11 acres of property, located at the northeast corner of S.H. 121 and Denton Tap Road at the request of Michael Clark, Winkelmann & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
