Riverchase Golf Course) subdivision name and date of preparation. B) Name, address, phone and fax numbers of owner, applicant, and surveyor preparing the plan C) Site Data Table as follows: a) Existing Zoning; SF-12 and S-1237-A-SF-12 b) Proposed Zoning: PD-230-0 c) Acreage of request: 95.5 (please verify - it is assumed that this acreage is net of the property owned by the northwest county flood control district) d) Existing and Proposed uses: Golf Course and Clubhouse. e) Purposes of Request: i) To establish non-residential zoning on this property, no physical changes to the golf course or the club are included, and Ii) To amend Ordinance 297-A-83 (S-1037.1) to delete condition 2. D) Outline the Areas 1,2 and 3 on the Overall Site Plan/Aerial E) Indicate Flood Control ownership vs. Riverchase by including the ownership names on the face of the exhibit. F) Verify the size of the clubhouse tract, it appears to be platted as 3.47 acres (see comments on next sheet). G) Add Zoning districts adjacent on the subject property and the adjacent properties.
