RE: Chateaus of Coppell
Final Plat
DAA Job No. 07028
Dear Mr. Sieb:
On behalf of our client, The Baptist Foundation of Texas, we respectfully request a 12-
month extension for filing the Chateaus of Coppell Final Plat for several reasons.
Currently, a new developer / builder is being explored for this property, Our client would
like to keep the approved Plat and plans intact in order to expedite the transition. In
addition, franchise coordination will not be complete by the expiration date of
3/19/2008 which will affect franchise easements as well.
The requested 12-month extension would provide us with the necessary time to resolve
any franchise easement coordination and other relevant issues.
Please do not hesitate to call me should you have any questions regarding this request.
Sincerely,
~~~~~ /;
Michael S. Dowdey, P.t/'
