WHEREAS, GREENWA Y-GRAPEVINE/COPPELL PARTNERS, L.P., a Texas Limited Partnership, and The Rebecca Abigal Rapoport 1989 Trust and The Emily Palmer
Rapoport 1989 Trust, hereinafter called the "Owner" (whether one or more) is the owner of that certain parcel of land situated in the City of Grapevine, Tarrant
County, Texas, being said property as described as shown on this plat.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of ONE AND 00/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which
is hereby fully acknowledged and confessed, Owner does hereby waive, release, remise and quitclaim to the City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas, the Dallas-Fort

originate from noise, vibration, fumes, dust, fuel and lubricant particles, and all other effects that may be caused by the operation of aircraft landing at, or taking
off from, or operating at or on the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
This instrument does not release the owners or operators of aircraft from liability for damage or injury to person or property caused by falling aircraft or falling
physical objects from aircraft, except as stated herein with respect to noise, fumes, dust, fuel and lubricant particles.
It is agreed that this Release shall be binding upon said Owner and his heirs and assigns, and successors in interest to said property; and if is further agreed that
this instrument sholl be a covenant running with the land, and sholl be recorded in the Deed Records of the county or counties in which the property is situated.

That the undersigned do hereby covenant and agree that they sholl construct upon the fire lane easements, as dedicated and shown
hereon, a hard surface and that they shall maintain the some in a state of good repair at all times and keep the same free and
clear of any structures, fences, trees, shrubs, or other improvements or obstruction, including but not limited to the parking of motor
vehicles, trailers, boats or other impediments to the access of fire apparatus. The maintenance of paving on the fire lane easements
is the responsibility of the owner, and the owner shall post and maintain appropriate signs in conspicuous places along such fire
lanes, stating "Fire Lane, No Parking". The police or his duly authorized representative is hereby authorized to cause such fire lanes
and utility easements to be maintained free and unobstructed at all times for fire department and emergency use.
The undersigned do covenant and agree that the Access Easements may be utilized by any person or the general public for ingress
and egress to other real property, and for the purpose of General Public vehicular and pedestrian use and access, and for Fire
Department and emergency use in, along, upon and across said premises, with the right and privilege at all times of the City of
Coppell, its agents, employees, workmen and representatives having ingress, egress, and regress in, along, upon and across said
premises.
