Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the January 3,
2008 Development Review Committee (ORC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
January 3, 2008 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain
and defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend
this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, January 8, 2008 to submit 12-24' x 36'
sets, FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG,
TlF, PDF OR SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMA T of each exhibit. Only two
sets of revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are required.
Reductions and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and
irrigation plans.

The Fire Department has no comments concerning the
final plat.
1. Tree Removal Permit required prior to start of
construction.
2. Tree Retribution in the amount of $3.900.00 will be
required to pull Tree Removal Permit.
1. Ensure line and curve data match what is shown on
the drawing, and all dimensions of curves and lines are
indicated.
2. More clearly define Lot 1X.
3. Include Lot 1X in title block.
4. Review notary signature block. Change "...she
executed.. ." to ".... he executed...".
5. Used bold lines on property lines and dashed lines
on easements.
6. Include adjacent property information.
7. Change front building line on Lot 4 to represent
proposed PD.
8. Separate all overlapping text.
9. Change City Secretary's signature block to read
"final plat" in place of "replat".
