RE: Bellacere Addition, Lots 1-4, Block A, Final Plat
Dear Mr. Whatley:
This letter is to inform you that the Bellacere Addition, Lots 1-4, Block A. Final Plat to establish four
single-family residential lots, one common area, easements, and a fire lane on 1.961 acres of
property. located along the north side of Sandy Lake Road. approximately 150 feet east of
Summer Place Drive. was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, February 12,
2008, subject to the following conditions:
1. A tree removal permit is required prior to the start of construction.
2. Tree retribution in the amount of $3,900 will be required at that time.
This final plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval by
the City Council (August 12, 2008), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be
required. It is recommended that this final plat not be prepared for filing. including obtaining the
franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil
plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the
document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the enclosed checklist for
the requirements for filing.
