RE: Chicken Express Addition, Minor Plat
Dear Mr. stuart:
This letter is to inform you that the Chicken Express Addition, Minor Plat to establish fire
lanes and easements to allow the construction of a freestanding restaurant with drive-
thru, drive-in and eat-in service on approximately 1.1 acres of property located on the
north side of Belt Line Road, approximately 175 feet east of S. Denton Tap Rood, was
approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, subject to
the following conditions:
1) Coordinate with the property owner to the north regarding the driveway
curb return located in front of their property line.
2) The drainage will be further evaluated during engineering plan review.
This minor plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (June 11, 2008), or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this minor plat not be prepared for
filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Please see the enclosed checklist for the requirements for filing.
