PH Notices & Responses THE.CITY.OF COPPELL 8 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day of November, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for consideration of Case No. PD-232-C, Chicken EXDress, zoning change request from C (Commercial) to PD-232-C (Planned Development 232-Commercial) to allow the construction of a 3,348-square- foot freestanding restaurant with drive-thru and drive-up seNice on approximately 1.1 acres of property located on the north side of E. Belt Line Road, approximately 175 feet east of S. Denton Tap Road, at the request of Richard Stuart, Chicken Express, being represented by Mark Bentley, Bentley Engineering, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
