NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 17th day of January, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-221 R4-HC, Duke Lesley Addition, zoning change request from PD-221-
HC (Planned Development-221-Highway Commercial) to PD-221 R4-HC (Planned Development-221
Revision 4- Highway Commercial) to allow two Industrial Park Monument Signs to be located in the
medians of Dividend Drive and Point West Boulevard at the request of Alex Bennett, Duke Realty. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public
hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD -221 R4-HC. Duke Lesley Addition, zoning
change request from PD-221-HC (Planned Development-221-Highway Commercial) to PD-221 R4-HC
(Planned Development-221 Revision 4- Highway Commercial) to allow two Industrial Park Monument
