NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 17th dav of January, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-223R-C, Chase Bank, zoning change request from PD-223-C (Planned
Development-223-Commercial) to PD-223R-C (Planned Development-223 Revised-Commercial) to
attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of a 3,848-square-foot bank with four drive-thru
lanes on 0.70 acres of property, located at the southeast corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Village
Parkway at the request of Mathew Cragun, O'Donnell Engineering. All interested citizens of the City
of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
