Dear Ms. Diamond:
This letter is to inform you of the changes that have been made to our
site. The building area is now 3,889 S.F., with three drive-thru lanes. We
have also added an additional parking space. The building also shifted to
the north to provide the additional spaces made on the south end of the
property, rather than where the dumpster was originally located. The
island landscaped area was reduced for the new parking at the south end.
The ADA ramp was shifted north with the building.
We have included in our submittal 12 copies of the site plan and
elevations. Thank you.
