The minimum finish floor for Lot 11 should be 494.4. Mike Boyd and I exchanged several emails
yesterday concerning his methodology on calculating the MFF. He stated in his email that the MFF
should be 494.04 (this # is even different from his prior #). However, using his methodology correctly,
the MFF should be 494.4.
I'll forward you me and Mike's email for your record.
