RE: Alexander Court Final Plat Waiver Letter
Dear Ms. Diamond:
I have spoken this morning with Mr. David Ritter, the attorney for the City of Coppell and
he has requested that we send you a parallel notice of waiver of the thirty (30) day requirements
contained in the Local Government Code with regards to the approval ofplat8, along the line of that
which we sent to him a few days ago.
Consequently, please accept this letter as a notice of waiver from uS with regards to the thirty
(30) day approval requirements contained in the Local Government Code with regards to the final
plat which has been filed in the Alexander Court subdivision and as reference. I am also enclosing
a copy of my letter to Mr. Olson and Mr. Ritter with regards to this matter.
It is my understanding that this letter will be sufficient to operate as a waiver for the files of
the Department of Development for the City. but if anything further is needed or further clarification
is required, please do not hesitate to let me know.
