NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 20th day of March, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-209R-C, TownOaks Centre, zoning change request from PD-209-C
(Planned Development-209-Commercial) to PD-209R-C (Planned Development-209 Revised-
Commercial) to allow an increase in the allowable size of a proposed attached sign from 25.6
square feet to 64.7 square feet, for Tuesday Morning, on property located at the southeast corner
of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road, at the request of Alen Hinckley, Coppell Village, Ltd.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may
also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

Dear Mayor Stover and Councilmembers:
Braewood Shopping Center supports the zoning case to allow increased signage for
Tuesday Morning.
Upon reviewing the facts of the case and putting in perspective what would be
appropriate signage for an anchor tenant, as well as the unique narrow frontage
condition for their space, we rescind any objection previously sent on the case.
We support the requested 64 square feet of signage for Tuesday Morning and
respectfully ask that you approve the request.
