change request.

1. Verify size of proposed sign - if Express
Fitness is 150 square feet, and the Tuesday Morning
Sign is proposed to be 64.7 square feet.. from the
graphics submitted the Tuesday Morning Sign does
not appear to be 40% of the size of the Express Fitness
Sign. Provide additional dimensions on the proposed
sign. The initial submittal, with dimensions, was for
the 92 square foot sign.
2. Revise the Red LED Illumination to White
LED
3. Consider a black back plate to be consistent
with Express Fitness.
4. Will the Sign on the northern end match size
and location of the Express Fitness Sign to give the
center a balanced appearance?
5. Remove all notes relating to "future
carports"
