Dear Mr. Hinckley:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD-209R-C, TownOaks Centre, zoning change
request from PD-209-C (Planned Development-209-Commercial) to PD-209R-C (Planned
Development-209 Revised-Commercial) to allow an increase in the allowable size of a
proposed attached sign from 25.6 square feet to 64.7 square feet, for Tuesday Morning,
on property located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road,
was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission (4-2)
on Thursday, March 20, 2008, subject to the following modifications:
1. Modify the size of this attached sign to be a maximum of 33 square feet.
2. The sign shall be removed within 30 days of this lease space being vacated.
3. All future signage that is not in compliance with the regulations of the Sign
Ordinance shall require an amendment to this Planned Development District.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 8, 2008,
at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held
in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of
this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only
those items that accurately reflect the maximum 33-square-foot sign as recommended by
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning
Department four (4) 8V2"x11 "copies of the revised signage on or before 12 noon,
Wednesday, March 26th, 2008. Also, please submit one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic file.

signage as an Anchor.
