Dear Mr. Hinckley:
On Tuesday, April 8, 2008, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved
a change in zoning from PD-209-C (Planned Development-209-
Commercial) to PD-209R-C (Planned Development-209 Revised-
Commercial) to allow an increase in the allowable size of a proposed
attached sign from 25.6 square feet to 51.9 square feet, for Tuesday
Morning, located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton
Tap Road,
Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-497, which was
approved by Council and signed by the Mayor on May 13,2008.
