RE: Case No. PD.214R3.SF.9, Arbor Manors Phase II
Dear ~er:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. PD.214R3-SF.9, Arbor Manors Phase II, zoning
change request from R (Retail) to PD-214R3-SF-9 (Planned Development-2] 4 Revision-3-
Single Family-9) to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow the development of two (2) single-
family homes, one (1) common area lot and street right-of-way on approximately 0.87
acres of property located north of the Whispering Hills Addition and east of the Georgian
Place Addition, was approved by the Coppell City Council (6-0) on Tuesday, September 11,
2007, subject to the following conditions:
1) Change Condition 5.0 in write up from "Maximum" to "Minimum" Lot Area.
2) Include graphic example of Exhibit "C" behind legal description in write-up.
Please submit to the Planning Department by Wednesday, September 26, 2007, two (2)
24"x36" copies of the revised plans incorporating the above-stated conditions. Also,
please submit one (1) 8'12"X] 1 "-paper reduction along with one jpg., tiff., pdf., or similar
electronic file.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation.
When this has been completed and Council has approved the Ordinance, a copy will
be sent to you.
