NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday,
the 16th day of August, 2007,' at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center City Council Chambers for
consideration of Case No. PD-214R3-SF-9. Arbor Manors Phase II, zoning change request from R
(Retail) to PD-214R3-SF-9 (Planned Development-214 Revision-3-Single Family-9) to attach a Detail
Site Plan to allow the development of two (2) single-family homes, one (1) common area lot and
street right-of-way on approximately 0.87 acres of property located north of the Whispering Hills
Addition and east of the Georgian Place Addition, at the request of Matt Alexander, Dowdey
Anderson & Associates, Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest
are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 11 th day of
September, 2007, at 7 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning
Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-214R3-SF-9. Arbor Manors Phase II, zoning
