Priority Development with David Weekely has been sold to Priority Development. Please proceed with
publishing the announcement of the rezoning ordinance.

RE: Application by Dowdey, Anderson & Associated, Inc. on behalf of GTE
Southwest Incorporated and Priority Development with David Weekely for
rezoning - PD-214-RE-SF9-Arbor Manors Phase II
Dear Ms. Diamond:
GTE Southwest Incorporated, owner and co-applicant of a 37,926 sq ft tract of land
mentioned in the application number PD-214-RE-SF9-Arbor Manors Phase II, requests a
delay in the drafting of the ordinance which would rezone the land until the execution of
the purchase sale agreement. We anticipate the final negotiation and execution of the
contract to be completed by October 30, 2007.
Until further notice, please direct all correspondence relating to the rezoning of this
property to the attention of Kelley Stewart at P.O. Box 152092, Dock E, Mailcode

The property is under contract and expected to close April 3. We want to
wait until after the property has closed before allowing the rezoning to

I have not received the letter back from the director in California, yet.
However, I did speak with him and he is going to e-mail it to me this
afternoon (I just hope he does it CST!). In the event he doesn't, I know
