Mr. Steer,
A few weeks back, Carol Self and I called inquiring about needing a
minor amending plat for the Villas at Lake Vista. We had found that two
lot lines that affected 3 lots were approximately 1.5' off of where they
needed to be. Attached is a Amended Plat to correct the situation. At
your earliest convenience, can you please confirm that a amended plat is
the way to go and if I need to submit any additional information. We
will make a formal submittal with application and fee with confirmation
that the attached is acceptable for review. Please don't hesitate to
call if you have any comments and/or questions.
