This letter is to inform you that the Freeport Parkway R.O.W. Dedication, Preliminary Plat
and Final Plat, to provide the required right-of-way for the extension of Freeport
Parkway, north of Sandy Lake Road to S.H. 121, was approved by the Coppell City
Council (7-0) on Tuesday, July 8th, 2008, subject to the following conditions:
1. Franchise utility easements that are in conflict with the Freeport Parkway right-of-
way sholl be resolved prior to construction.
2. Contact Jeff Curry at (972) 888-1330 for utility easement information.
For your information, Preliminary Plats are valid for nine months (April 8th, 2009).
The Final Plot must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after
approval by the City Council (January 7th, 2009), or it shall be deemed null and void and
resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this final plat not be prepared for
filing, including obtaining the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering
comments on the first review of the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured,
it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the DoIlas County Plat Records
Deportment. Please see the enclosed checklist for the requirements for filing.
